- Are self-certified high-net-worth or sophisticated investors (under UK FCA guidelines) 

- Agree to these Terms in full

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information when registering

- Keep your login credentials secure

- Use the platform only for lawful and professional purposes

You must not:

- Share confidential deal information outside the platform without permission

- Misrepresent yourself or impersonate others

- Attempt to scrape, copy, or interfere with the site

Users may upload or share pitch decks, documents, and contact information. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to display it within the platform.

We are not responsible for:

- The accuracy or completeness of content shared by other users

- The outcome of any connections or investment discussions initiated on the platform

CAPMATCH charges a flat annual subscription fee. Payment is due upon registration and is non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

- We are not FCA-authorised and do not provide investment advice. 

- The platform is for informational and networking purposes only. 

- You engage with other users at your own discretion and risk. 

- We make no guarantees about investment opportunities or connections made.

All content, branding, and technology on the site (except user-submitted content) is owned by CAPMATCH Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our materials without written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

To the extent permitted by law, CAPMATCH Ltd is not liable for:

- Any losses arising from use of the platform 

- Decisions made based on content or interactions on the site 

- Technical failures or service interruptions

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
